”The property needs a SERIOUS upgrade. Everything’s rusty. Fridge door has to be lifted in order for it to close and the freezer didn’t work. Sheets were dirty. Disorderly people staying at the property. My room was caught in the middle of a huge fight that started across the hall, rolled up and down the hall, bounced off my room door and then ended in a room next door to us. People were allowed to leave their room doors open and let their kids run up and down the hall, yelling, cursing,...

”When we got there, the first room was terrible, torn seats and there was a strange smell. Also there was an exterminator who was coming out of a room. Employee saw the look on my face and immediately said I have another room inside of the building. The room was cleaner but later that night my kids started screaming, there was a big cockroach in the corner and started crawling towards their shoes. I jumped up and grabbed their things and placed them on the desk. I went to the front desk but...

”The 2 bedroom I booked was extremely outdated with furniture probably 50 years old or more. Carpets were dirty and ripped in several placed. I spent $250. For the condition of the room I greatly overplayed. They should not rent it again unless they do a complete renovation of the unit including every room. Marriott Bonvoy is supposed to be the best of Marriott. I was a Marriott timeshare owner for 10 years. This was by far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in.”
