”First off the place smelled amazing when I walked in! I checked in at 2am and the woman that greeted me (Jessica) was more than kind. She was also the one that checked me out. Everyone was welcoming and the room was way bigger than I expected. I will definitely use them again.”

”The 2 bedroom I booked was extremely outdated with furniture probably 50 years old or more. Carpets were dirty and ripped in several placed. I spent $250. For the condition of the room I greatly overplayed. They should not rent it again unless they do a complete renovation of the unit including every room. Marriott Bonvoy is supposed to be the best of Marriott. I was a Marriott timeshare owner for 10 years. This was by far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in.”

”Place is old and dated and overpriced but the breakfast was pretty good. Stuck right between Walmart on the left and Sams Club on the right noisy at night with truck deliveries all night indoor swimming pool heavy smell of chlorine carpet not kept full of pet hair and dog hair.”

”When we got there, the first room was terrible, torn seats and there was a strange smell. Also there was an exterminator who was coming out of a room. Employee saw the look on my face and immediately said I have another room inside of the building. The room was cleaner but later that night my kids started screaming, there was a big cockroach in the corner and started crawling towards their shoes. I jumped up and grabbed their things and placed them on the desk. I went to the front desk but...

”The elevator was ‘out of order’ but I suspect they had it turned off just so they could save electricity. They didn’t tell me the elevator was not working until they recommended and booked me a room on the third floor. The whole hotel was filthy. There was no fire alarm in the room and the floor in the room we stayed in, actually moved and buckled under the weight of a normal step…….. I’m not exaggerating at all. Do not stay at this dump.”

”The room was disgusting. I took photos to show exactly why I’ve said so. My partner nearly fell down because the toilet seat was broken. The front curtains were barely attached. The window sill was filled with dirt and dead insects. The bed mattress squeaked and we both fell into the middle of the bed. The pillows were little more than pancakes. The baseboard in the bathroom barely covered broken and moldy wallboard. The baseboard was so far away from the wallboard that they used screws to...
