”We absolutely loved our stay here. The property is spotless, beautifully designed and we loved the concept of “doing nothing” - sitting in one of the cosy common areas with books, puzzles and vinyl players. The team did seem slightly understaffed at times, but hopefully just teething issues and it didn’t affect our stay. ”

”This was our first stay here and will definitely be back when we next need to visit our friend. Doggy friendly Hacker had a lovely time. We were in Loganberry twin everything spotless. The room was hot but we are in a heat wave and they provide a fan which we made full use of! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good. The beds were super comfortable our two night stay was excellent -see you again The Swan!”

"Disturbingly noisy at least during the week end nights because of the loud music coming from the neighbouring clubs and bars till early hours. Fortunately I was not close to the ongoing renovation work of the hotel itself. Other little flaws like non-functioning USB outlet and lightning, too. Kind cleaning staff and some receptionists, however majority of people at the reception did not seem to be able to communicate neither with guests nor between themselves. Their stubbornly quiet way of working without speaking and just leaving the customer was embarrasing."
