I was gluten and dairy free. The buffet was labelled up with allergies on it.
Had to ask for gf bread and df milk as was not available out.
The spa was fully booked , so didn't have one. Pool was usy most of the time not matter what time you went. The hot tub had way too much chlorine in it and stung the eyes.
Restaurant and spa staff were very good. Front desk was hit and miss.
The room was decent , the only problem was there was two alcoves that were slanted, one above the bed which I kept hitting my head on. I'm 5ft 1 and the other was over the desk where the TV was and tea / coffee facilities which my husband kept hitting he's 5ft 8.
Also trays from room services were left in the corridor for hours. Don't know if they were short staffed.
