”The only thing was arriving at the airport railway station at 2am there were no taxis available and could not get a uber so had to walk the 5kms taking 75 mins so if you have luggage best to wait for some kind of transport”

”This is a hidden gem. A car is essential as the hotel is in a very pretty but rural area with no other facilities. However the hotel is absolutely first class, the rooms are spacious, airy and well appointed. The hotel restaurant is brilliant with a great selection of local dishes and on Saturday and Sunday a quaint small bar at the front of the hotel where you can sit and watch the occasional cyclist or car go by. The owning family are so helpful and made us feel so welcome ”

Kylppäri oli kohtuukokoinen joskin suihkukaappi oli isolle miehelle hieman pieni. Huone oli kaikin puolin erittäin siisti. Mukava henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli 7. kerroksesta, josta oli hyvät näkymät. ”Alice is one of the most kindest hosts I’ve ever met. Going above and beyond does not begin to cover the words needed to describe the experience Alice provided. Before we even arrived, she woke up out of her sleep to assist me. I hadn’t realized the time difference and she still woke up to with some requests needed. She arranged our transportation, she personally took me on a tour guide to the best places in the city near the town’s most known archeological church. Then took me to get some...
”We arrived very early but Leah allowed us to check in immediately and she opened the dining area in case we were hungry. She spent a long time on her phone arranging transportation for us for very early the next morning. The building is old, but the rooms were more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor veranda was a perfect spot to enjoy wine and cheese from a nearby grocery store.”
”What a beautiful and historic hotel in the center of Gorizia! The folks at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. The wine bar is wonderful, the breakfast was lovely. It’s centrally located easy walking distance from public transit, sights, restaurant and bars. The room was odd (the building is very old!) but perfectly comfy! Highly recommend this hotel.”
”Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Aber leider gibt es kein Restaurant. Cafe schließt um 15:00 Uhr. Man kann nur in das Restaurant am Golfplatz (ca. 300 m entfernt) gehen. Das schließt während der Woche leider auch schon um 17:00 Uhr. Es bleibt also nur eine Autofahrt nach Grado.”
"A luxurious hotel right by the sea and next to the harbor. Excellent breakfast and the whole staff really friendly. The staff helped with luggage both upon arrival and departure. We had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting in the room but no wine glasses. It took 3 phone calls and an hour's wait to finally get the wine glasses in the room.
Overall, the accommodation experience was very pleasant and I can definitely recommend this hotel."
