”We rented through VRBO and we had no address or unit number or any instructions on how to check in and didn't even know that we should have had the VRBO app. So we got directed to somewhere 30 minutes away trying to find the directions through the website where we made the reservation. The place itself was very nice the staff was nice the online process was a little bumpy and we checked in an hour later than we expected to because we couldn't even find out where we were supposed to be”
