Enjoy a day at Trelissick, Trebah Gardens or the hidden gem of Glendurgan and all within 8 miles.

Enter this single storey converted property through the garden and into the cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with vaulted ceilings. After a busy day you can relax on the sofa in the front of the wood burner and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. In the kitchen area you will find it has everything you need to cook up a meal with electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine and fridge with ice compartment. Plan your day ahead at the dining table with seating for two. Head through to the super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) bedroom with dressing table and wardrobe. Lastly, you’ll find the shower room with electric shower with attachment and WC.

Outside the property has an enclosed garden where you can enjoy al fresco dining with BBQ and garden furniture or simply unwind in the bubbling hot tub. There is a parking space for two cars.
