”Overall pleasant accommodation although the arrival/ check in process was a little bit confusing, not helped by the poorly lit surroundings. Rooms are modern, warm and cosy, although pillows didn’t have cases and quite a bit of the previous guest’s hair on both the pillow and in the shower.”

Highly recommended- safe, clean, lovely complimentary breakfast full of choice and quality, polite friendly and helpful staff, room was full of character and charm, spacious, comfortable, clean and can’t wait for our next visit. Cute and comfortable 4 poster bed. A real gem! The local pub Tollymache Arms was a real treat for dinner. Looking forward to visiting again soon! ”

”Couldn't fault this hotel at all. From the beautiful grounds, the grandeur of the building, the impeccable customer service, the delicious food, the spacious, elegant room, the clean, luxurious spa. The drinks were a tad on the pricey side, but the mid week room price including spa access was excellent value for money. Would come here again in heartbeat. ”

”We stayed here for one night, but didn't use the restaurant (there's a Costa and Greggs nearby) or other facilities, so can't comment on those. The entire building looks very new, is in good repair and clean. The room was smart and comfortable. Despite being located close to the A45, it was very quiet. I could barely hear traffic when standing right next to the window. There were only very minor issues: The room's heating was a little noisy (fan noise) when operating, but not terribly so....

”The receptionist was so helpful and kind to respond to my query about the hairdryer and came promptly to my room to help me find it and was very gracious when I realised it had been there the whole time in a black bag on the hanger and I totally missed that! The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had the best shower. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and hot drinks. It was in a good location for the conference I attended at the St Thomas centre next to...
