”Coming down for the footy and wanting to stay close by, this house did not disappoint. Had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay and a pleasant stroll to UTAS Stadium was just what we wanted. Avoid booking a hotel room and check this place out. The owner even had the electric blankets going so our beds were toasty warm!”

”Great sense of space both inside and out. Comfortable couches and beds and spotlessly clean. Some traffic noise for those not used to being close to the road, but the views make up for it! Would highly recommend.”

”Ideal property for a family or a couple stay in Launceston The property has been renovated to a high standard yet keeping the terrace house feel As it only has one bathroom with separate WC located on the first floor its not ideal for several couples to stay The dining room & kitchen are yet to be renovated but we both had a good stay”

”The home was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. We walked into town on several days - no need to find somewhere to park the car - and sampled some of the excellent food offerings. (Tatler Lane for breakfast was a hit. The outdoor areas were large and provided plenty of space to relax. Parking the car was a little challenging at first due to the steepness of the drive, however we soon got the hang of it. The owner was quick to respond to queries and provided helpful information.”

”What a lovely old house we had such a lovely relaxing chilled weekend. So lovely and clean cosy and warm and comfy beds. Only 20 mins. from Launceston and the town of Exeter only Minutes away from the house for supplies. Lovely and quiet. There were only 3 of us but plenty of room for at least 8 adults.
