”I've been going here for years. I drive 4rs to visit family... They're parking policy and pet policy changed. And they didn't tell me until i got there to pay. They are expensive from time to time. But they might lose a customer. Sucks. Extended stay is better prices ”

”I enjoyed my stay here. They had front loading washers for guests. I was able to park my vehicle right outside my window.”

”The housekeeping maybe clean inside rest room first then get those used towel that they clean the rest room they clean inside the room and table because 3 times I booked to stayed there I got sick . The last time I booked after that I get flu again. The room smell not good . No airfresher or they don't used lyshol to clean the room. Only the front desk is very nice and helpful.”

”I did not get the room size I booked. Molded window seals. I ask for standard room and got a wheelchair room. Website said it had dishes and pans but they dont. Hot water last 5 minutes and shuts off. Upstairs room made room moving noises from 7pm to 6am. We got no sleep. We brought food to cook then had to spend more money to order out due to No dishes. Why even allowing bookings for 1 nighters. Horrible experience”

”Clean room, nice staff, fun breakfast to order in a basket, and great location by the marina with easy walks to great restaurants. Our only complaint is that the display on the AC/Heating unit lit the room up like daylight. ”

”Parking garage was convenient and directly under the hotel. The staff was outstanding and extremely helpful . The whole hotel smelled good. There wasn't a weird smell anywhere . The room was very clean. Sheets were nice and the beds were comfortable. Nice big screen TV. Plenty of coffee. Very spacious. I will absolutely stay here again whenever I am in the Everett vicinity”

”We were enjoying the property immensely until the occupants above us started running, jumping, doing acrobatics. Ignored it until they finally wore themselves out at 12:30 am. Hoped that the next night they would be gone, but it again went on for hours. I called the front desk at midnight and was assured it would be checked out. At 12:30 it was still going on, I called again. Guy said people came in and he couldn’t deal with it, but would now. It finally ended around 1:00 am. When we checked out...

”We were thrilled! Lou was great on check in. Room was so nice and well equipped. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub were closed which is a bummer but otherwise, couldn’t have been happier. ”

”The property was busy but it was still quiet breakfast was /is really average though, but efficient good value but pay parking a definite knock for sure All in pricing is more honest. having said that we would 9/10 book here again”
