First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen table was wobbly, the bedroom doors could not be shut all the way or you would get stuck in them as they were so tight, the TV in the second...

”This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! I called to get more towels, the whole day went by and I got nothing. I had to find housekeepers in order to get my own towels. The staff (some of them) was...

”The food was fresh”

”The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer .”

”The room was clean. My only complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke. I had a non smoking room. I guess the smell was coming through the air conditioning vents.”

”I like the parking convenience and Casino convenience. I was disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned and no clean towels automatically given. We were told the rooms are cleaned until our stay, this is the first time that had happened to us. We asked for cleaned towels, waited two hours and had go back to the front desk to request them again. The extensions on the room phone didn’t work, we couldn’t contact front desk, housekeeping nor room service.”

”The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!”

”First off they gave me a room with dirty towels I went to ask for more towels and they said they did not have none the toilet was stopped up they had no tissue they had food from the previous guess still in the fridge dirty towels on the floor by the toilet it was just ridiculous I would never book another room from them they unprofessional and they don’t care”
