”Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

”The studio room we stayed in was decent for the price, but I did not sit on the fabric chairs in the room because they were a little dirty and the small chair had mildew on it.”

”Absolutely loved it here! The room was clean, housing keeping came by to bring fresh towels. It is walking distance from the beach and local restaurants. It is also super close to the shopping outlets! I wish the pool was bigger but I would definitely book again!”

”Overall, this was a pleasant place to stay. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable and well maintained. One concern that appeared to be shared by several guests was the wait time for the elevator, which could be quite lengthy at times. Additionally, the room would benefit from improved lighting, as it felt somewhat dim. Despite these minor issues, I had a positive experience and would consider staying here again.”

”Disappointed that it was so dirty. My ac also didn’t cool much. Overall just not a clean facility. You get what you pay for. They also mistakenly took my bag of white laundry I had just washed. I guess they assumed it was their white towels. So not cool having to go argue about your personal belongings being taken. They were later retuned but I’m not sure why they would just grab a bag that wasn’t theirs. Won’t be staying here again.”
