Within close proximity to the beach and the Tanger Outlets, the sand and premium shopping are always within your grasp. Explore the town and all its offerings by checking out the popular shops and eateries of the area. Want to practice your golf game? Shell We Golf is less than two miles away. Looking to take a peaceful walk? Visit Gordon's Pond State Park Area or Delaware Seashore State Park, both less than nine miles away. To sightsee the local flora and fauna, check out the Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge, 13 miles away from your stay. Inside your stay feel calm and at ease as you settle into the main living area. A fireplace waits, ready to warm you up after a day of outdoor adventure. The central air conditioning ensures that regardless of the temperature, you'll be comfortable. Tasteful touches of art and decor have carefully been curated and placed throughout the home, as well as beautiful pops of blue, a perfect tribute to the nearby ocean. Walk into the dining area and find the perfect table for hosting a family meal. Whoever is the chef in the family will be able to chat with everyone as they prepare said delicious meal in the open, full kitchen. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, a dishwasher, and bright lighting, this space is truly a chef's dream. Upon moving into the primary bedroom you'll be delighted to find an en suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub. Perfect for bubble baths and a good book, after a full day of exploration. The private washer/dryer extends itself to be a great amenity after days spent outside as well. Each room throughout the home is decorated thoughtfully and provides plenty of room for guests to feel comfortable and content with. Moving outdoors you'll find a large, fenced yard with a firepit and seating, a great area to stargaze and reflect on memories already made. The house was clean communication was good, and the house was appropriately appointed.I only criticism was that we were there on a very cold weekend and the heat took a little while to get up to temperature.But I would certainly stay there again thank you

Great House!

The location is perfect! You are near everything......shops, restaurants, activities and only 15 from the beach. The house is gorgeous! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious for 10. We will be staying there again.

Wonderful place to stay!

So clean, comfortable and quiet. We all enjoyed our stay. Vacasa management is superb. They responded to 1 request we had immediately.

Lovely house.

A lovely location that is ideal for families and allows a dog. My kids enjoyed playing in the fenced back yard. House is well stocked and beautiful and close to a grocery store.

Home away from home

The minute we pulled up we felt at home. The home was spotless and felt so cozy. The outside fire pit was a treat as our family loves to relax by a fire. Great location and such a cute neighborhood. Can’t wait to go back!

10/10 for this home because it was very clean - decorated nicely, but most importantly - not filled with a lot of someone else’s things. It was perfect for what we needed during a long weekend of baseball games - we would absolutely rent again - it was spacious and very well maintained.

Family Vacation 2024

Our family took a 5 day vacation to one of our favorite beaches, Rehoboth. We had a blast and used the beautiful kitchen to cook a birthday dinner for 2 family numbers as well as a big breakfast one of the mornings. Everything was clean and comfortable. The decor in the home is stunning and elegant. We absolutely loved the nautical touches throughout. Thank you!!!

A Lasting Memory Created

The upfront communication from Vacasa was clear, helpful, and reassuring. Instructions for entry were accurate and simple. The home was immaculate upon our arrival. Spacious, efficient, easy for all age groups. The proximity to shopping, dining, and the beach couldn't be better. My wife and i, our children and grandchildren, and visiting family have a new fabulous memory and favorite new place to stay.

Moving to Delaware

The only issue was the door lock getting in. It was not easy to do. We almost had to call for help. Took us about 15 min to figure out.

Beautiful Home

The house is exactly as described and shown in pictures. Great for families or group of friends with large seating areas and comfortable sleeping quarters. It was very clean upon arrival. As it is dog friendly, we were a little nervous with a person who has severe allergies but she had no problems at all! Upon arrival, I'd suggest taking inventory of toilet paper, trash bags, etc. We did have to make a couple runs to the store but it's very close to everything so not too much of an inconvenience. Would love to stay here again.

A huge disappointment

We arrived at the property and it was unfortunately hardly cleaned. We were offered early check in around 12pm but weren’t able to arrive until our scheduled check in. There was a bag of dirty linens on the front porch, crumbs and chips on the table, goldfish crackers on the floor in the room, almost no clean towels, foil confetti dots everywhere from a party that must’ve happened, no sheets on some of the beds, and half eaten dog bones from prior tenants on the outdoor table. We were not able to reach the company Vacasa that must own the property because they only operate 9-5. The next day we called after cleaning the house up from the meas that was left and emailed images and they called and said they could send the cleaners back. We declined because we already cleaned and were not going to have strangers moving our possessions around. That was the only thing they offered. The bag of dirty linens stayed on the porch the entire length of our stay. Our check out day there was a brand new bag of linens on the porch in addition to the dirty ones for the NEXT people.

Loved the home, not Vacasa

We loved the home itself. It's a great location and perfect size for our family, including our dog. However, we had issues with Vacasa itself. We received an email without a usable entry code. We called for help when we arrived at the home and were given a code that didn't work for the front door or the lock box. We were told we would receive a call back shortly. We never did so we called again. A different person tried to give us the same incorrect code. Thankfully, someone showed up to pick up the dirty linens from the previous rental, and he was able to help us get into the house. He had the lock box code and was able to create a new working code for the front door as well. I wish we had gotten his name because he was the only one concerned that we couldn't get in. Standing outside in the heat with our entire family, including a toddler, was not fun after driving over 6 hours to get there. No one ever called back to make sure we got into the home either. We're very grateful to the one person who was willing to help us.
