    The Space:

    Vacationing comes easy at this updated Rehoboth Beach townhome. As part of the Oyster Bay Villas community, appreciate having shared access to a turquoise pool. Right in your neck of the woods, there are golf courses, playgrounds, delicious eateries, and of course, fabulous beaches. Furry companions alike will adore this 'canine cove' so that the entire family can join in on the fun. Enjoy a short bike ride, walk, or run to the beach without having to cross Route 1! Traveling through the North exit on South Timberlake Trail/ Oyster House Road will take you comfortably to Rehoboth Avenue to shop, eat, or catch some sun at the beach! 10 minutes to the boardwalk by bike (1.8 miles). Inside, the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen make family time truly special. Cuddle up on the oversized sofa while catching up on your favorite show, or prepare something delicious amongst the stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space in the full kitchen. When it's time to eat, indulge in full meals at the formal dining table, or nibble on tasty treats on the enclosed, fully-furnished patio. The townhome's four bedrooms are equally charming with their nautical-themed decorations, private TVs, high-quality linens, and bright color palettes. Additional interior perks include a separate washer/dryer, a Pack-N-Play, beach gear, central air-conditioning, and internet access. As the sun begins to set over Delaware's beauty, fire up the provided gas grill for a sweet summer cookout. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This unit is not equipped with cable. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great Property

There was plenty of room, great location close to the community pool. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We had a pleasant stay!

Amazing Family Vacation

Our family (5 adults and 2 kids) had a wonderful week at Canine Cove! The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped and we had so much fun hanging out at the pool, barbecuing, exploring downtown and taking trips to the nearby beaches (several great ones within 10min drive). We can’t wait to come back next year!!

Quick getaway

This home was perfect in size and the location was perfect for getting into downtown Rehoboth and Dewey. It’s a perfect place for a couple or small group of friends to lounge around and still be close to everything without paying an exorbitant amount.

Clean, Comfy, and Well Stocked

Great location, spacious, and very clean. The place had everything we needed, including some dog bowls for our furry companion. The neighborhood community is very quiet and peaceful, but still very close to the main strip. Definitely recommend!

Happy to be back!

This was our second time renting the house and we had another wonderful experience! House was very well stocked - even had pool toys and boogie boards for the kids. We love the location and having access to the community pool. We'll be back next summer!

Perfect condo for family vacation

This property was great for our family. The condo was clean and had what we needed. There is plenty of common space to hang out all together and the colorful beach-themed decor is so fun! We especially love the screen porch, BBQ, and the pool so close by! The water was warm and we had so much fun playing. Plus, there are many great beaches a short drive away. You can walk or drive to downtown Rehoboth and there are easy grocery options and a fun water park close by. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Family and Canine Getaway!

This property was clean, welcoming, and well-equipped for anything a family (kids and canines alike) could need! It made traveling with a toddler and an infant a breeze. The pool being steps away was wonderful to have easy access to return home for snacks and naps. We ate multiple meals picnic style at the tables by the pool, including using the grill one night. We also had a great family birthday celebration around the large dining room table followed by games in the spacious living room. We also enjoyed the easy drive and pleasant walk downtown for beach, restaurants, and more. The dual temperature control on both floors also kept rooms very comfortable overnight. Will absolutely book this property again!

The property was great, the back way to Rehoboth Beach which avoids Rt1 was clutch. The kitchen was well appointed, someone left the gas open for the grill & the spare was empty, just needs to be checked. My suspicion is that the cleaning crew leaves things that could be used by next guest. The outcome was that there wasn't any room in cabinets to store our provisions and we were left with stuff on the counters. There was an entire cabinet full of tea, opened chocolate chips, open powdered sugar, disposable shot cups, clam shells,etc. Truthfully it felt a little lazy, like they were hoping someone else would organize it or pitch it. The body wash in both bathrooms were 100% empty & so we added that to our shopping. Neighborhood was friendly. Pool was nice. Rooms were nice and comfy.

Great Location

About a 7 minute drive to the ocean front. I stayed here with my family at the end of the busy season. Nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. Vacasa did not notify us that a separate entrance was supposed to be used. We arrived around 11pm & stuck at the gate for about 30 minutes & the 24/7 hotline was zero help. Local neighbors came outside to inform us of the entrance not requiring a fob. There is a first floor half bath with poor drainage in the sink. There were quite a few odd things we found around the home (rusty razor on back porch). As well as when we arrived there were multiple windows throughout the house unlocked. The back screen Porch sliding glass door did not lock so we used a stool to secure the safety of my family. Overall a great layout of the home & close to the beach.
