Nauti tästä uudesta (2016) Home! Sijaitsee lähellä Waterfront Pot-Nets Bayside, tämä Spectacular Home on 3 makuuhuonetta, 3 kylpyhuonetta, ulkouima kuistilla näkymät Marina ja avoin oleskelutilat, jotka yhdistävät keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone. Ota 5 minuutin kävelymatka Marina Boardwalkia pitkin aina suositulle Paradise Grillille. Altaat, ranta, tennis ja leikkikentät ovat paikan päällä. Veneen luistimet ovat vuokrattavissa 40 dollaria päivässä. Golf-auto sisältyy tähän majoitusliikkeeseen ilman lisämaksua. Lapset ovat tervetulleita, ja myös lemmikkieläimet ovat! Loistava paikka melonta- ja seisomapatruunoille! Se on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä maailmankuulusta Baywood Greensin golfkentästä (10 minuuttia), Tax-Free Tanger -myymäläkeskuksista (20 minuuttia) ja Rehaboth Beachin ja Lewesin viehättävistä keskustan alueista (30 minuuttia).

Meillä on 7 yön minimiloma kesäkaudella. Sisäänkirjautuminen tapahtuu sunnuntaisin kuusitoista, ja Check OUT on sunnuntaisin klo 10.00. Meillä on 2 yön minimi pysyy kaikissa muina aikoina vuodesta.

Pysy kanssamme 7 yön ajan ja saat ilmaisen lifestyle-paketin! Tämä sisältää 100 dollarin lahjakortin Paradise Grill -ravintolaan ja 2 ilmaista golfia Baywood Greens Golf Course -kentällä (maanantaista torstaihin, klo 13 jälkeen) ja oman yksityisen golfauton käyttäminen yhteisön ympärille.

Veneen luistimet ovat kävelyetäisyydellä kustakin kodista, ja ne ovat saatavilla ensiluokkaisesti. Silloin kun teet Lomakoti-varauksesi, soita myös Marina-varauksesi tekemiseen. Veneillämme on 24 metriä pitkä, 14 metriä leveä ja se voi laittaa 32 jalan pituisen veneen. Keskimääräinen veden syvyys on 4 jalkaa laskuveden aikaan.

Bayside vacation

Home was clean and fairly well stocked kitchen for a rental. Great location within the property. Close to the beach and restaurant on property. Golf car provided was a nice option to drive to the pool or beach. Great place to stay with a family.

This is one of the few times that the property was even better in person than in the photos. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is so fun. This place is spacious and clean, with plenty of room (and comfy beds! And hot water!) for a crowd. The private beach was bigger and nicer than we expected. If you stay here, do NOT skip the Paradise Grill! We had a group of seven adults 1 dog who all loved it so much, we’re already planning to come back and stay again.

Great stay

Beautiful house, nice community with great views and people. The golf cart was great to utilize as well! Only real complaint is water pressure in the Master Shower and the amount of time to get hot water.

Reviewer Comments: I am originally from Pot Nets so when my husband and I decided to come up to Delaware for an impromptu family reunion it was the obvious choice to stay here. I have family still in the park and the rest live less than 2 hours away. The park is and always has been a wonderful place to stay and live. So many things to do and so close to Rehoboth and Lewes. The rental homes are beautiful and very comfortable not to mention they accommodate large family gatherings. I highly recommend anyone that's never been to Pot Nets for vacation to come and stay and who knows you just may like it so much you will buy a place there!

The property management didn't know about them but said they couldn't be fixed till after our visit. Unfortunately it was humid all week and we could have really used the ceiling fans. The Landscaping team was in front of our house for 5 hours a day for two days, which meant we could not use the deck. This was disappointing because it would have been nice to have my morning coffee on the deck. This home was not cheap to rent.

We highly recommended Pot-Nets ( no matter which you stay) to our Friends/Family back home. Hubbers & I are looking forward to returning. Next time will hit Beaches/Hiking trails 🏖🏕

We did have a suggestion: since the beds were high...we had to purchase stools to climb Into bed. Also, it would be nice to have a chair in each bedroom. One bathtub was very slippery and as soon as water was turned on I slipped and fell. No damage just slid right down. Tub was clean but needed to be rinsed before using. We had a wonderful time. Would like to rent again, maybe summer. We are recommending to e eryone. Thank you!

Our stay was actually Sun, Aug the 3rd -Sun Aug the 10th. We loved it. Check-in was easy and well organized. The house was clean and very nice. The kitchen had all the necessities as well as unexpected platers, serving dishes, and cooking utensils, which made our meals at home a real treat. We used the grill which was in good working order. The front porch was our family's favorite spot for meals as well has relaxing. We utilized all of the amenities of the home and Pot-Nets to the best of our abilities. The golf cart made getting around easy and gave us the ability to utilize all that Pot-Nets had to offer without hassle. We also took our bikes which was an added pleasure. We are hoping to go back next summer and highly recommend it as a great place for a family vacation.

The house was spotless with a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and furniture, and a lovely porch to sit and read, or enjoy the view. The beach was steps away. Location is near everything you need, stores and restaurants and a short Drive to the beach at Cape Henlopen or Rehoboth. Check in was a breeze, and Debbie responded to texr massages in a short time. Don't hesitate, rent this property for a relaxing vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 4 persons in our group and the property allowed for adequate space. The property was clean and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Very friendly community. Debbie in the property management office was responsive to our every inquiry and did so in a timely manner. She set the tone for our enjoyable stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
