🛏️ The extra-spacious bedroom features a plush king-size bed and two oversized closets, so you’ll have room to settle in and feel at home.

Guest access
Entire apartment available. Door access is from the side of the building (next to mailboxes) above a store.

The side of the building is available to you if your dog needs a place for a quick walk and bathroom break as well.

✨ Nightly rates include the 7% City Rental Accommodation Tax — no extra surprises!

🚫 Please do not use the driveway next to the building. It must remain clear for local business access throughout the day.

🚗 Parking:

Free street parking in winter.

Metered and permit-required parking in summer.

You may briefly load/unload in the yellow zone if no spots are available nearby.

🎟️ Summer Parking:
We provide 1 parking permit for summer guests. Please return it at check-out—a $250 replacement fee applies if lost.

🏖️ Beach Gear (Summer only):
Includes 1 umbrella and 2 beach chairs.
