LOCATION: Located on the Bayside- you are less than 2 miles from our beautiful Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk! Tax-Free Tanger Outlets are less than 2 miles from the condo, and plenty of 5-star dining is within walking distance or bike ride. Bring your bikes and enjoy all the lovely bike trails and state parks. You do not have to cross Rt.1 (Coastal Highway) to reach Rehoboth Ave- walk down Roosevelt St onto State Rd. Super easy walk or bike ride.
PARKING: Assigned parking for two vehicles.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, a stackable washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, central AC, and a private patio. Community gas grill, charcoal grill, fire pit, and outdoor showers. Putting green with balls and adjustable clubs are available for guests enjoyment

However, we do offer a rental package to guests. Two dogs are permitted, and each dog is charged a pet fee. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel
