Located in the Keys of Marsh Harbor, this property offers a tranquil setting along with convenience to everything, including a robust number of fabulous restaurants, Tanger Outlets, bike trails adjacent to Route 1, Jungle Jim’s Water Park (seasonal) and the DART shuttle bus (Park-n-Ride) to avoid local traffic and parking meters. A short drive takes you to the Lewes/Cape May Ferry and nearby Cape Henlopen State Park and fishing pier.

Be ready to relax and unwind after a day at the beach, with dining accommodations at the cottage to suit family and friends. Feel like dining out? Set your sights on Blue Coast or perhaps the Crab House (family friendly indeed). Games are plentiful for all generations, a fully stocked kitchen is at your fingertips and let’s not forget the Keurig for your morning coffee! Food prep made easy with a blender, crockpot, outdoor gas grill. ‘Mornings made simple’ with a large griddle and toaster oven. No need to pack beach chairs, sand toys, goggles/masks, boogie boards or pool noodles, we’ve gotcha
covered! From Melissa and Doug toys to chalk, books and classic games, everyone will be entertained. High chair, booster seat, pack n play and strollers are provided. The ‘gathering’ place boasts a Smart HDTV with a comfy living area or step out into the enclosed patio with a good book or enjoy your favorite charcuterie on the outdoor patio. Just a quick walk through the lawn and you’ll find yourself at the steps of the beautiful community inground pool (passes provided) or tennis courts.

Ready to wind down? You have an array of options between the “Rehoboth” master suite with brand new comfy king size bed, private bath, walk-in closet and smart HDTV or perhaps the “Bethany” guest room with a light and airy feel, brand new queen size bed and ample closet space. Our “Fenwick & Fishies” guest bedroom boasts a fun and whimsical feel and hosts bunk beds (twin and full). Storage for all your gear and a smart HDTV positioned for movie night. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and all rooms have ceiling fans. All linens provided. Brand new American Signature Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofa located on the first floor. Please note there are no bars or springs with this brand new, state-of-the-art sofa sleeper to give you a great night's sleep. Hair dryers can be found in each full bathroom.
