”I booked a king size bed when I arrived. Only two queens were available. The room was musty sheet smelled old and they wouldn’t move me to a better room because I booked through a third-party shocking.”

”The room was very clean and smelled great once you were inside! The 2nd floor hallway smelled like smoke and was a little offensive, but once we were in our room it was easy to forget what the hallway smelled like. Still highly recommend for a quick overnight or weekend stay! Very affordable.”

The man at the front desk told him there were no bathrooms and told him to use the one at the convenient store next door. How tacky. ”The property is in a great location, walkable to the boardwalk but away enough for some peace. The premium suite, 1 king bed with sofa bed room was stylish and immaculate. This will be my first choice when visiting Rehoboth Delaware.”

”The hotel was under heavy renovation and it was pretty evident everywhere except for the front entrance area. The carpets in the hallway were extremely dirty and the stairway seemed to be falling apart. If it weren't for the renovations actively happening, I would have just assumed the place was falling apart. Our room appeared to be in much better condition upon first glance, but that changed once we got back to our room for the night. We dropped our bags off and that had to go to another...

”There is really not much there - just the beds in the room. But it was clean and nice. Good value for money.”

”This was our 2nd stay and it was better than the last one. Although I hardly saw any staff our 3rd floor room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was filled in the bathroom. The breakfast was sufficient, although nothing to get excited about. I think if the place was brightened up a bit and new carpeting and lighting installed it would be a big improvement. All in all I would consider another stay in the future.”

”absolutely recommend this hotel, the price is fair and its conveniently located to restaurants, stores, a pharmacy is across the street. the staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was jut what we needed to start the day great variety and options of food, overall rooms are clean and spacious.”

”Cheryl at the front desk was very helpful with helping us get around the area and save time and money. The property and room were clean. The location of the hotel was very convenient. Park and ride was right behind the hotel. The beds are a little worn. And the pillows are very soft. Bring your own pillow if you like firmness.”
