Elämä on parempaa paljain jaloin kesällä pakoon! Rentoudu ja nauti värikkäistä näkymistä lahdelle ja merituulet istuen avoimella kuistilla merinäköalalla tässä uudessa (2019) kodissa! Sijaitsee rannalla Pot-Nets Bayside, tämä 4 makuuhuoneen, 4. 5 kylpy koti mahdollistaa suuria kokoontumisia tilava olohuone / ruokailutila. Koti on sisustettu monilla ikkunoilla ja lasi-liukuovilla, joiden avulla kaunis rannikkovalo tulvii kotiin. Kävele 5 minuutin kävelymatka venesataman rantatietä pitkin, jotta pääset aina suosittuun paratiisi-grilliin, yksityiselle rannalle, kalastukseen ja rappaaville laiturille. Altaat, tennis, baseball-kenttä ja leikkikentät ovat paikan päällä. Venevuokraus on vuokrattavissa 40 dollaria päivässä. Golf-auto sisältyy tähän ominaisuuteen ilman lisäkustannuksia. Lapset ovat tervetulleita ja lemmikitkin! Erinomainen sijainti melontaan ja pystyssä melontaan! Se on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä maailmankuululle Baywood Greens -golfkentälle (10 minuuttia), verovapaisiin Tanger Outlet -keskuksiin (20 minuuttia) ja viehättäviin keskusta-alueisiin Rehoboth Beachille ja Lewesiin (30 minuuttia).

Lemmikkieläinpolitiikka: Tämä laite on lemmikkiystävällinen. Enintään 2 koiraa (vain koirat). Eläimen omistajan on maksettava ylimääräinen 20 dollaria per lemmikki per yö siivousmaksu. JOS SUUNNITTELEE lemmikin tuomista kanssasi, kutsua ja puhua varaajastamme.

Meillä on vähintään 7 yön oleskelu kesäkaudella. Check IN on sunnuntaisin klo 16.00 ja Check OUT on sunnuntaisin klo 10.00. Meillä on vähintään 2 yön oleskelua muina vuodenaikoina.

Odota 7 yötä ja saat ilmaisen elämäntapapaketti! Tähän sisältyy 100 dollarin lahjakortti Paradise Grill -ravintolaan ja 2 ilmaista golfkierrosta Baywood Greens -golfkentällä (maanantaista torstaihin klo 13 jälkeen).

Venelaskut ovat kävelyetäisyydellä kustakin kodista, ja ne ovat saatavana ensin tullutta palvellaan ensin. Kun teet lomakohteesi varauksen, soita meille myös tekemään venesatamavarauksesi. Veneemme luistomme ovat 24 jalkaa pitkiä, 14 jalkaa leveitä ja ne voivat laittaa 32 jalkaa pitkän veneen; keskimääräinen veden syvyys on 4 jalkaa laskuveden aikaan.

The house is beautiful. The view from the deck is peaceful as it looks out toward the bay. We loved the 4 large bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The kitchen was well equipped and roomy for all to help prepare meals. It is the perfect space for a family stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Absolutely incredible place to stay, the house was super clean and massive. The views were amazing and there is a lot to do not far from the house at all. Paradise grill right across the street is a cool place. And the property manager is wonderful, easy to get in touch with and took care of a couple minor problems right away. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaint I had which has nothing to do with the property was the weather was a little cold (end of May). I’d go back in June sometime when it’s warmer. 11/10 recommend.

Great place, but needs some attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Ever Dream. The rental process was easy, the rental agent was extremely helpful and professional. Everything that was promised was there. The only reservation I had was that the home is in need of some maintenance. The are several places where the floor is coming up, including one large spot in front of the kitchen sink that was covered by a rug. The flooring in the hallway was loose, and my grandson caught the knee of his pants on it and tore his pants. There are several doorknobs that are broken and several cabinet doors that need to be repaired. I definitely plan to rent again next year, as the overall experience was great. I just hope some of the maintenance items can be addressed before that time.

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!
