Fijne accomodatie, leuke kamer en zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Goede ligging met het centrum op loopafstand. Badkamer was relatief simpel met douchen in bad. Ontbijt goed maar wel prijzig.

Localização boa. Eu dou nota 7,5, se for de 0 a 10. Mas o Hotel era bem agradável, o quarto espetacular, no nível de Hotel cinco estrelas. Melhor que muitos quartos de hotéis cinco estrelas. Quarto espaçoso, bem decorado com toalhas boas, amenities bacanas e excelente cama.

Die angejahrte kleine Sauna und der Plastik "Pool" sind in einem Fahrradkeller. Benutzung allerdings 20 Euro pro Stunde. Die Bar schließt um 22:30 Uhr, um 22:35 Uhr wird einem ein Drink verweigert, auch wenn man ihn ins Zimmer nehmen wollte. Alles in allem keinesfalls ein "Grand" Hotel. Wir werden nicht mehr kommen.

Hôtel tout confort !
L'hôtel est légèrement excentré, mais à 15 minutes à pied de la cathédrale, ce n'est pas vraiment gênant si on aime marcher. Il a d'élégantes parties communes, malgré quelques ajouts modernes disgracieux (la salle du petit déjeuner et la terrasse). Notre chambre (double deluxe) est joliment décorée et donne sur une rue très calme. Le confort est total: très grand lit avec un excellent matelas, des volets et rideaux occultants, une clim efficace et silencieuse, une grande salle de bains avec WC... Deux reproches : 1) les ampoules des luminaires sont trop vives et aveuglantes. 2) le 2ème jour, le personnel de chambre ne remplace pas les gels douches et savons utilisés. Un autre point positif : il est possible de prendre un petit déjeuner "léger" sans formule buffet imposée.

All the staff are very friendly and happy to do everything to help to make your stay comfortable. Property is a bit isolated, but cabs come easily. Room was comfortable, old style. Amenities are limited.

Lovely hotel, lots of atmosphere
We considered ourselves very lucky to find such a beautiful, historic place to spend Christmas - their decorations made the surroundings even more memorable. Very helpful, charming staff and very good breakfast.

An overall excellent experience highlighted by every staff member we encountered. Courteous, friendly and helpful in every interaction. The house this hotel is in is beautiful inside, especially the reception area, staircase and office. If forced to complain about something our shower stall was tight and didn’t drain well. Well-situated for everything in town if you don’t mind a bit of walking. I would stay here again. Very quiet area at night.

Problèmes de protes... Mais pas que...
Tout a commencé par un appel à 20h le soir de notre arrivée, nous demandant sans trop d'amabilité quand nous comptions arriver car la réception ferme a 22h...(nous le savions et avions organisé notre arrivée en fonction) Emplacement chambre: Le couloir menant aux chambres part directement de la salle des petits déjeuner (moins de 2 m entre la salle et la porte de la chambre. Il y a bien un chambranle de séparation mais pas de porte.... (A priori pour un avenir indistinct). Lors du check in, j'ai exprimé mon inquiétude, étant très fatiguée et besoin de grand repos....et d'être si proche de la salle de petit déjeuner sans aucune séparation...demandant la possibilité d'une autre chambre... on m'a assuré que ce ne serait pas un problème car les chambres étaient insonorisées. Malgre tout, nous avons ete réveilles avant peu après 7h les 2 matins.. Hors lors du check out, l'excuse était de dire qu'effectivement nous avions été mis dans l'aile où se trouvait également un groupe donc, je cite, pas surprenant que nous ayons été dérangés par le bruit!!! Aucune autre excuse Pour la chambre, la porte de la salle de bain se présente sans pêne ni gâche donc on ne peut pas la fermer, juste la pousser au mieux (on parle de l'intimité requises lors de l'utilisation des toilettes... Chacun de nous avait le loisir d'entendre tout ce qui s'y passe! Enfin, la piscine.... Juste avoir conscience que c'est 20euros par heure... Sans commentaire

Once Grand...not even that
If one is after nice gounds or nice lounges or great service or a free swim in the pool this place is not for you. Parking in the open air courtyard is 10 Euro. Swimming in the pool is 20 Euro per hour per room! Very very disappointing. Oh and if you fancy walking into town be ready for a 30 minute trek. Going into town is a must as there is no dinner available

Excellent stay, great room, and friendly staff.
Excellent two night stay for our visit to Reims. Very friendly hosts, the room was excellent, large room and bathroom. Enjoyed the terrace, where you could sit and have a drink on an evening. Parking on site, was very secure, although there is free on-street parking (but can be tough to find a space near the hotel). Location was fairly central, maybe a 5 minute walk to a couple of the main squares with restaurants and bars. All in all, an excellent stay.

I love this hotel! Great everything- people who manage the hotel are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is wonderful-great value and great tasting. The hotel is very beautiful- older hotel with lots of charm. Location is great-can walk to all the main attractions. Will be back! Loved it!

Great Hotel
What a find. This is a great hotel. Spotlessly clean rooms. The pool and sauna spotlessly clean also. Breakfasts excellent. The hotel staff were so friendly and couldn’t do more to help. They booked Restaurants for us and organised taxis. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Reims.

Point mineur : absence de porte devant les toilettes qui sont installées sur une marche. Sommes vraiment sur le trône ! Piscine limitée à 1h à 20€ par chambre. Info non précisée sur le site. Un peu vieillot sans cafetière ou bouillotte dans les chambres mais le lit est très confortable et douche ou baignoire très agréable. Personnel accueillant
