Pieni huone, hyvä aamiainen. Tekniikassa puutteita
Neljälle hengelle tilattu huone oli niin pieni, että avattu vuodesohva tukki pääsyn terassille. Erillisessä wc:ssä ei lainkaan käsienpesuallasta. TV kanavat eivät toimineet yhtenä päivänä ollenkaan.

Good hotel with perfect location
Hotel is right next to pedestrian street with restaurants and cafes and only few blocks from Notre Dame so overall in excellent location. Hotel is also really easy to access with car/bike and their own secure parking is a big plus. Only small negative thing is the separation of bathroom and toilet, which as such is not a bad thing, except that you need to use bathroom anyway to wash your hands. So why waste the space for two separate rooms?

Apparently did not like motorists?
Nice central location with secure parking, which is why I picked the hotel. Arriving with my wife on a motorbike, we were told the hotel was full. Booked through Hotels.com and eventually got a room. First room was not cleaned, second had separate beds. Keys stopped working after a few hours. Was promised complimentary breakfast, but the evening receptionist "forgot" to mention this to the morning staff. Got it sorted though. Otherwise a good place to stay but left a sour taste of not being welcome.

The hotel was very good in all respects. Apart from only having paper cups in the room for tea or coffee. Also the small plastic containers of milk were not really expected in a 4 star hotel.

Das Zimmer ließ sich,bedingt durch das defekte Fenster schlecht beheizen, das ist aber ein Problem bei fast allen Fenstern im Haus. Super ist die zentrale Lage und die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse.

The staff were very helpful. Room service was great. Location is the best. Their air conditioning is non-existent. It was 90 degrees outside and about the same in the unit. The say it’s working but it’s not, it was miserable. The breakfast buffet is just terrible. One morning the eggs were way over cooked and the next day they were raw and loose uneatable. One day the sausage and bacon were literally burnt and the next day the sausage was good but the bacon was raw and undercooked. By our last day we could hardly get ourselves to go down and eat before we left the hotel. We are long time loyal Holiday Inn customers. This was far from what we usually experience. This place was dirty and really unkept. I was surprised that Holiday Inn folks allow this place to be a part of their group. While there we

Area of hotel is outstanding, everything is walkable (shopping, dining, cinema, sites). Inside the hotel was average, elevator need upgrading, parking is small and tight. Restaurant on the 7th floor is overpriced, average tasting and they are in need of a true bartender! The room with balcony was nice and clean and roomy, AC worked beautifully, but don’t pay for balcony room. You don’t get to see anything due to the tall partitions. It’s mainly for those that smoke not for viewing.

Could not have been happier with my stay! Convenient location, clean and quiet room, great breakfast, the staff was amazing~ a special shout out to the lady who works at the breakfast Buffett, made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay there again!

Ligging van het hotel is prima, uitbreiding drukte van de stad. Airco van het hotel was stuk. Ontbijt valt ook enorm tegen. Kamers zijn wel schoon en netjes.

Simple gem in Reims
Wonderful location, in center of Reims but off the main square so quieter. We were greeted by a very friendly woman who helped us settle in and allowed us to store our luggage the next day. The room was clean, comfortable with the basic amenities and the breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant with a great overlook of the city.
