Located in the center of Reims in a small, quiet one-way street a few meters from Place d'Erlon.
A few minutes walk from the cathedral, the train station, the courthouse, the Manège de Reims, the Promenades…

Ideally located for a short or long stay in the city center of Reims.

We recommend that you get around on foot as everything is accessible from the apartment.
The “opéra” and “Vesle” tram stops are a few minutes’ walk away.

“Opéra” bus stop a few minutes walk away, central point of public transport in Reims.
For any request, even in an emergency, please send us a message directly via the reservation platforms. This allows us to respond to you more quickly, we will be able to contact you if necessary.

Please ensure that the furniture and various equipment constituting the accommodation are respected. We also thank you for respecting the calm of the co-ownership throughout your stay.
Illegal activities such as trafficking and prostitution are obviously prohibited in the building. Any inappropriate behavior will be punished.
You will be charged for any damage.

Arrival and departure times

Arrivals are made independently, access arrangements are sent the same day of arrival at the beginning of the afternoon. Arrivals are possible from 4:00 p.m. ONLY.
Concerning departures, they are at 11:00 a.m. MAXIMUM, there is no point in asking us to stay later, we no longer accept due to too much abuse.

Check-Out / Departure

We hope your stay was pleasant. We remind you that departures are at 11:00 a.m. maximum.
In order to prepare for your departure, we thank you for following the following rules:

Remove the sheets from the bed and gather all the dirty laundry
Do your dishes
Take out the trash (put bags out on the street after 6:00 p.m.)

The keys will be returned to the same place as when you arrived.

You can arrive independently from 4:00 p.m. by collecting the keys in a box.

We will send you all the necessary information the same day of your arrival in the early afternoon. For security reasons, the codes are regularly changed, which is why we send them at the last minute. and sent at the last minute.
