Romantik Hotel – Reinin vasen ranta, Köln

”The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly and professional. However, I didn't like that the property is divided by a road running between the two sections. Because I was on the side without the amenities, I had to cross over to get to breakfast or the fitness room. Another issue I had was with the housekeeping—one day they didn't clean my room at all. That has literally never happened to me at any hotel in my entire life”
