”We booked two rooms at the last minute for a visit to Kuta and we were blown away by how luxurious and stylish this hotel was. The pool area is excellent and the rooms a high standard. Our bathroom was incredible with an amazing, large free standing bath. We wish we were staying for longer.”

”Please stay away from this property! We booked Presidential Suite for three nights, which is supposed to be the premium room, however had to check out after the first day due to the conditions of the room and the hotel. The towels were smelly and we had to ask them to be replaced. The mattress sheets and pillow covers all had stains. Bath tub was stained in yellow color. ”Det bästa hotellet jag har bott på. Personalen var bland de snällaste jag träffat. Så mysigt och fint hotell. Vi bodde helt själva på hotellet, så vi fick tillgång till poolen när vi ville. Vi fick frågan om städning varje dag samt nytt vatten och toalettpapper. Hotellet ligger precis vid stranden och är bra läge till restauranger och shopping. Ligger även granne med en minimart. Absolut 10/10 får detta hotell, och självklart personalen 10/10. Kommer definitivt rekommendera vidare detta hotell.”

”Location was a bit far if you wanted to go to shopping in Mataram (1hr). Not good breakfast options for us and specifically not for several days. We traveled during the rainseason, so there was very well space at the pool. Peaceful and quiet. Clean. Very slippery floor outside (in the lobby, restaurant, in front of every room) if it’s wet!”
