”The first room they gave us the door opened right into the sink and you couldn’t get the luggage cart into the room. There was also a lip over the threshold that was a tripping hazard. The front desk staff changed our room with no extra charge and and were very nice about it. The rooms were a bit outdated but were clean and comfortable.”
