”The hotel is within walking distance of Town Square so that was nice. The main lobby closes overnight so if you need anything you have to go elsewhere. The room was clean and convenient to access. One of the hot tubs was broken and we got locked out of the pool/spa area because the key card system was down. Not sure it was worth the price per night but the staff was kind enough to help add an extra day for one of the members of my party who had to change flights last minute.”

”Hotel Jackson was ideally located in the center of Jackson, easy walking to restaurants and sites. Lux appointments throughout the property and staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities (gym, spa) were very nice as well - highly recommend if you're looking for a 5 star in downtown area.”

”This place was so cute and had all sorts of things on site including a bar, ice cream, burger food truck stand, pool and walking distance to the downtown area. The rooms were retro but had been recently upgraded and were clean and nice. The only negative I have to say is at check in my staff person was lovely but the other was short and not very nice to other guests. Not sure what was going on.”

”While the room was nicely decorated and clean, we could not get past the smell of an old building. It felt as though the property had been renovated cosmetically without fully addressing the age of the original structure. The doors were difficult to open and close properly, which was frustrating throughout our stay. We could also hear guests dragging suitcases in the early hours of the morning, which made it hard to sleep. The cafeteria service was practically nonexistent. We attempted to order...
