”Clean room Excellent staff”

”I have stayed here many times and for the price you really can’t complain. However, we only had two bath towel towels, one washcloth and no soap. I tried to get in touch with the staff, but they did not answer so I just went to the dollar store and bought what I needed. Again for the price it can’t be beat. Just know you’re not in a Hilton.”

The toilet barely flushed. The hot tub in the room was disappointing. The ironing board was warped and broken. The soap and shampoo they give you as a courtesy destroyed my skin.”

”The staff, especially Teresa and Stephanie were extremely helpful. Teresa helped explain the pet fee issue. We stayed 6 nights and we're charged a 100 per cleaning fee as a one time charge and 70 more in pet fees. Make sure you know the total amount you will be charged for your pet. This was adjusted down for me by Teresa to an acceptable amount but was never explained when I made two phone calls prior to my stay. Furthermore, don't expect to speak to the G. Manager, Mr. Gallow. ”The linens doesn't smell good”

”Great breakfast, nice pool and fire pit. We were on 1st floor. Condo was nice, but could hear a lot from condo above us. A lot of people smoking pot on property too. Pool area needs someone to go in there and clean debris around fence line and I think they should upgrade the pool towels.”

”This hotel is terribly maintained. The covers had stains. The floors were dirty. The food at the breakfast buffet looked inedible. I got in the shower and the sliding door came off the rail. The faucet for the sink was loose at the base so much so that it slid around anytime I turned the water on or off. The iron board had no cover pad. The desk chair was peeling. The lounge chair’s covering was ripped and the filling was coming out. I could hear everything my neighbors said or every time they...

”Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized.”
