”Ótima kitnet com televisão, cozinha com cafeteira e geladeira. Fica na parte de baixo da casa. Na parte de cima, é possível acessar um terraço. A casa fica em Santa Marta, muito próxima da praia de Varadero, para onde é possível ir caminhando. Fiquei apenas um dia porque precisava voltar para Havana, mas se eu tivesse mais tempo, ficaria mais.”

”Yami was very accommodating and helpful with our needs around the area, getting a unit with a kitchenette, getting food, changing money and doing laundry. She is a great host, the room and common spaces were very clean. The location is great for shopping, groceries, restaurants, and across the street from beach access. It's at the end of the street, so very quiet as well. I would recommend to anyone. ”

”Amelia was an amazing host and provided great service. She has a very beautiful yard that’s gated for better security. The room had a big comfy king size bed with ac, tv, fridge and a rooftop patio facing the ocean. The location was nice and close to restaurants and downtown Varadero. She’s got a lovely little dog that’s nice to hang out with. I’d highly recommend staying with her. It’s your own private apartment connected to her house but you don’t hear anything. It feels like your own place!”

”No Wi-Fi, contrary to the advertisement in hotels.com. There is a Wi-Fi connection, but you need an internet card to gain access. And even the Wi-Fi connection, you have to ask for it. It was not pro offered. The pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable. The second bad, the equivalent of a cot, had a sagging mattress. It provided a terrible sleep. The breakfast is $5 American per person and includes coffee, eggs, with or without ham and cheese, and toast. The back patio area allows for...

”Im Casa Lola fuehlte ich mich vom ersten Moment an zu Hause. Lola, Caridad, Miriamm machten meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Das Fruehstueck ist eines der Besten, das ich in Kuba hatte. Das Haus und der kleine Garten sind sehr huebsch und gepflegt. Vom Haus ging ich in den Badehosen an den einzigartigen 20km langen Strand von Varadero. Vielen Dank fuer alles!”

”This guest house stay was absolutely perfect for our time in Varadero. The host and her husband were so warm and welcoming from the moment we checked in. We were presented with fresh juice inside their house. Our actual room was also perfect including a kitchen and patio. It was so clean and had everything we needed. We were also offered breakfast both mornings for a small charge - VERY worth it and delicious! The hosts also helped to arrange our transportation back to Havana for a good price....

”Roberto and Martha are the friendliest hosts. We highly recommend staying at their casa if you're not looking for a hotel type of accommodation. Breakfast is available on request, too. The casa is a little distant from the shopping centre etc., but there are some restaurants and little boutiques nearby, too. The beach is like a 3 minutes walk away.”

”Mara is a wonderful host! It was such a pleasure staying at this location A few things to keep in mind: - There's no wifi at the residence but you can purchase a cheap wifi card from a store close to the park in Santa Marta. You'll have to ask around to find out where to purchase it and where your devices will get reception - Mara doesn't cook breakfast for visitors but there are stalls and restaurants close to the residence that you can purchase food from - The electricity does go out...
