Stayed on the 3rd floor, check out easy, and they have a variety of drinks and snacks available if needed. The customer service was great as well. ”For the purpose of our trip everything was ok. The hotel was exactly as expected and as it appears in photos. Location is convenient to Palm Springs (where accommodation was easily double the price) and surrounding areas. Staff was nice and I appreciated the late check-out which allowed us to freshen up after our morning hike. Breakfast was made to order with a couple of options to choose from. My only complaint would be the A/C, temperature was hard to control. ”

Overall, having the report be dog-friendly won us over; the tranquility and peacefulness of the nicely decorated spaces, the pools, the giant trees, the pathways, and the plenty of green lawns make you feel very relaxed and quite comfortable.
