”I was disappointed as usually Hamptons are decent hotels. Breakfast was chaotic, out of stock of most everything, including plates. Staff were not necessarily rude, but not real friendly or really involved in their job. Gym was decent. Pool was much smaller than appears in photos. Our rooms shampoo, conditioners were empty. Had to pay for parking and wifi. Should've just stuck with the Holiday Inn 2 miles away (was way better!)”

”The staff, facility and breakfast was exceptional. Love the mini kitchenette and enjoyed the glassware for teas. The only wished the automated light in the bathroom wasn't so bright. When you have to use the bathroom middle of the night the light is so bright it jars you awake. I will recommend and stay at this hotel again.”

”A/C didn’t work in the room and there was no way to open the window and no fan. Room was 75 degrees. Breakfast was decent. Parking is street only or pay to park which wasn’t very clear in the description.”
