”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Elevator panels were held together with duct tape. Got me worried a little of the elevator was safe. Trim in the elevator was lifted and my shoe got stuck one time. Hair dryer in the room was broken and didn't get fixed despite two requests. The room service guy (likely Doordash) didn't deliver silverware with dinner and what's worse argued it wasn't his job to deliver silverware with the order unless I order directly with the restaurant. ”

”Breakfast was an add on we didn't choose. Staff wasn't as sharp mor friendly as they should be. Called our room at 9:00 PM to ask our name? Not being sure about the call, I said I will come down to the desk. When I got there, I was again asked my name then I was told to step away from the desk, and wait. After a short wait she called me back up and said you can go. No explanation, just a big inconvenience with no apparent reason. ”
