”We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel! Everything was perfect for spending both Christmas and New Year here. There was plenty of great entertainment and activities, so there was always something to enjoy. The staff were truly wonderful so friendly, kind, and always helpful. A special thank you to Rosalba, Saimy, beach bar workers and even though I can’t remember everyone’s names, there were so many lovely people who made our stay extra special. ”One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.”
