”Excellent place for our Doncaster race course needs ”

”Rooms clean and a good size. Bathrooms have walk in showers and were very user friendly. Pub 200m down the road if you don't want to cook. Such a nice surprise to have milk in the fridge and tea and coffee supplied. Spacious lounge and dedicated dining room were appreciated. Would stay again for longer to explore the area.”

”Property is self catering house at edge of the town. Spacious and decent kitchen. Road quiet (liked that) and easy access to nature reserve/countryside walks. Parking a bit of an issue but didn’t detract from our stay. ”

”Easily walkable to university and town centre”

”Advertised as 2 king size bedrooms abut 1 double and 1 extremely small twin, hardly any room. Kitchen and lounge great, bathroom needs an update. ”

”We stayed for one night as we had tickets to see Texas at Lincoln Castle and wished we had booked for longer. It's perfect for 2 people or 2 couples, the decor is lovely, it's spotlessly clean and well placed for local pubs etc, with a taxi to the castle just 8. The beds were very comfy and our host left lots of bread etc as the co-op next door is closed at the moment. A really relaxing place to stay just four miles from the city.”

”Beautifully equipped Annex. The host Andy was fantastic, he even sorted out a chair for my dad who is disabled and needs to sit to shower. The accommodation was lovely, couldn’t have asked for more. Little touches like cake, wine and essentials supplied and bottles of water in your room. Will definitely 100% stay there myself again. Thank you Andy for a lovely stay.”
