Ground floor
Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consists of living-dining area of 120 m² and a fully equipped functional kitchen. The living room area has large sofas, a 55” HDTV with home cinema and a corner-shaped fireplace. The kitchen is followed by a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a WC located on the same floor.
First floor
Reaching the first floor through the marble staircase there is an office space with a PC and a printer. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathroom on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a balcony with a spectacular view over the Cretan Sea and Psiloritis mountain. It also has a large en-suitre bathroom, a shower cabin and a Hydrosonic hydro-spa. The second bedroom has two single beds which can easily arrange to become a double and and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two singles beds but are designed to be transformed into double beds if preferred. A bathroom with a steam shower cabin are also found along the corridor. Each room has floor to ceiling length windows which lead to the exterior areas of the villa.

Lower level
From the living room on the ground floor the staircase leads to the lower level of the villa where a bedroom with a large double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds are found. The double-bedded bedroom hosts a TV and a fully-equipped en-suite bathroom as well as a direct access to the garden. This floor also hosts a bathroom with bath. A 120 m² playroom with a mini living room, a plasma TV (satellite) with Playstation 3, toys, a piano and a pool table is also found on this floor. For those who want to keep fit, there is a gym area next to the playroom. All the areas on this floor have floor-to-ceiling windows which lead to the exterior areas of the villa.
