Villa features five charming bedrooms (two double, and three with twin beds), one of which is on the ground floor, one on the lower ground floor and the other three on the first floor . The eleventh person can sleep in a folding bed in one of the rooms.
Moreover, each bedroom is filled with sunlight and boasts an airy ambiance. The first-floor bedrooms also extend to a spacious balcony, with scenic views.

The main floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area with pool & garden access, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. On the ground floor you'll discover an expansive 85m2 playroom, complete with a pool table, wooden foosball table, an arcade featuring 5000 games, a card table, and a vibrant Black Light Disco corner.
