Step into the ground floor, where a spacious open-plan area awaits with a living room, fireplace, a billiard table, satellite HD TV, indoor dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room extends to a veranda with a seating area, leading to the pool and garden. This floor also hosts a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom featuring a shower.



Ascend the staircase to the first floor, revealing a hall equipped with a washing machine, gym facilities, and a sitting area. The main bathroom, complete with a Jacuzzi, is also located on this floor.
