The staff members are friendly, helpful, and attentive. We were regularly greeted by the front desk staff and the housekeeping staff. Everything was clean. One concern was the height of the bathtub, which was raised above the floor height. Stepping out is dangerous if you forget that the bathroom floor is lower than the tub floor.”
