As for the insect, shield bugs are indigenous to this area and unfortunately quite common in September. We do out best to keep them out of our cabins and we regret that one managed to get in to yours. Our housekeeping team has been made aware of these misses and will work harder to ensure they are not repeated. Thanks again for staying with us. All the best.
