In both this room and the cosy snug, you’ll find a Smart TV, ready to stream your favourite shows. The delightful kitchen offers heaps of space for preparing delicious meals, and features a double ceramic sink as well as a dishwasher to make cleaning up quick and easy. Completing the ground floor is a handy WC. Head upstairs to find three welcoming bedrooms, which share a beautiful bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The extensive, lawned garden wraps around the house and includes plenty of mature trees and shrubs, as well as a patio area where you can sip a coffee, pour a sundowner or serve an al fresco meal. There are laundry facilities in an outhouse, and parking space on the drive for three cars.
From this gorgeous bolthole you can reach Walberswick’s sand-and-shingle beach in less than a mile, while the village’s pubs and places to eat are within 0.5 miles. Stroll to popular Southwold, 2 miles away (including the foot ferry) for the beach, Edwardian pier and choice of shops and eateries. For nature lovers, RSPB Minsmere, 8.5 miles away, is a coastal nature reserve where you can see some of the UK’s rarest wildlife and enjoy family-friendly activities.
