The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful”

”Beautiful home with ocean views. perfect location.stayed here for uri graduation ; outdoor deck with grill and plenty of property for a gathering. Large kitchen on 3rd floor viewing the ocean large master suite; 2nd floor with another sitting room multiple bathrooms and another 3 bedrooms 1st floor sunroom leading to outside-there are multiple levels with stairs but there is an accessible elevator- sunroom attaches to garage with beach supplies and ping pong table Everyone had a great time...
