The Point Judith Light is located on the west side of the entrance to Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island as well as the north side of the eastern entrance to Block Island Sound. The confluence of two waterways make this area busy with water traffic and the waters around Point Judith are very cold and dangerous.
The site is very picturesque with plenty of locations to enjoy the seascape and take photos. The grounds are open to the public and there is enough parking space but the lighthouse itself has restricted accessibility since is still an active Coast Guard Station.

”Enjoyed our stay in this great location! It was so nice having dedicated parking, especially since we were there over Labor Day weekend. We were able to walk to dinner, and enjoy the harbor, then walk home with no stress. The apartment was lovely, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. I do wish the 3rd bedroom had a door and a regular bed in it instead of an old standard "bar in your back" sofa bed. It seems a waste of a room. But we made things work and had no issues. ”The property was very clean. Bedding/beds were extremely comfortable and a beautiful new kitchen equipped with washer and dryer.My only negative feedback is the following:1.
