”First of all, I have a disabled husband, and the fact that the elevators were out of order may be very upset. I think that they should’ve expressed this to me before I finished booking the role at the front desk so we had to carry many mini bags and suitcases up three flights of stairs the lady in the front desk kind of marked at me when I asked for a different room she said there was none available. This was the most horrible stay I ever had at a best Western and I usually stay at best Westerns...

”Breakfast was excellent, staff at breakfast area she was very welcoming she keep area clean and did her best in always refilling food containers when they were empty. She was amazing. Honestly, I will say that she was the only friendly employee. Overall, I will consider staying there again in the future!”

”The hotel looked very clean so thats a plus. However, there was absolutely no ventilation in the bathroom in the room so when you take showers, it turns into a steam room. There's no dimmer for the main lights in the room, just very bright stage lights that get the room hot, especially getting out of the steam room shower. The continental breakfast was the best thing about our stay. The food was delicious and the chef, not sure her name but she was black and her name started with a Q... PLEASE...
