”Overall nice place to stay. Hotel stuff was more than friendly and the place was clean even though it can be seen that its not the newest hotel. Room was very comfortable and you can decide if you want a non-smoking room or a room where you are allowed to smoke. We chose the first as we hate the smell of cigarettes. The room was really good and beds were so comfortable that we didnt want to wake up! After all hunger took us to breakfast which was to be honest a slight disappointment. It was...

”Short of being a resort and yet a hotel slightly far from town, the only comfort that the hotel provides is free shuttle services and an extremely friendly and bilingual service team who goes all out to help customers. If only facilities and amenities could be upgraded, I would have given it a 4 star rating. ”

”Stayed at new wing of Batam City Hotel. Walking distance to most of the eateries I wanted to go to. Most importantly, it is just next to the massage parlour I enjoyed going to. BCS is just aright across the road after passing thru' a short lane. Of course if you are looking for a resort and beach experience, this is not the place.”
