”One of the most delightful surprises I’ve encountered on my trip. This 300 year old Solar is magnificent and its owners and family have passed it down for over 8 generations. While the town itself has very little going on (I’m hiking so it would be hard to find a place to eat) the owners made me a wonderful plate of cheese, ham, homemade jam, bread and a glass of wine. Might be one of the best experiences diuring my travels and the proprietor was simply delightful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around. ”

”Inez welcomed us like family and couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean, modern and the bathroom and shower were excellent. To be able to walk straight from the room into the lovely garden and sit by the pond and mill stream was so special. It was the most peaceful place to spend the night.”

”I cannot say enough about how amazing this property was. The views were spectacular, enjoyed the nights on the patio with a bottle of the vineyard wine! Delicious! The rooms and hotel were stunning, clean and so well decorated. Our favorite was Joanna our host who was so lovely, attentive and informative. We were met every morning with a beautiful, fresh array of breakfast foods and eggs. Joanna made sure we had everything we needed. After breakfast we went and saw the cats, sheep, shetland...

"Hotel location next to a highway, but wont disturb if room facing the opposite direction. A bit outdated but OK place for one night stop over. Seasonal outdoor pool which nobody used, looked stranded, very outdated tennis court, net torn apart. Good free parking in front of the building. Breakfast basic, delicious fresh fruits. Friendly staff"
