Casa Pittara is in a small private residential complex, La Scogliera, immersed in nature in Capo Vaticano. It is on two floors and accommodates 4 people. It is ideal for couples or a family who want a holiday home walking distance from a sandy beach and with a swimming pool, shared with the other guests of the compound. The compound has 6 other holiday homes.

The ground floor of this semi-detached villa has a living room with dining area, TV, bathroom and open kitchen. On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a bunkbed, and a bathroom with shower.
In front of Casa Pittara there is a private terrace where you can enjoy a meal and relax. Behind the house there is another terrace with a built in barbecue and garden furniture. In the garden, one can find many different Mediterranean plants and enjoy amazing views.

There is also a private path (400 steps) that leads to one of the most beautiful bays in southern Italy. This beautiful beach is only accessible via this private path which only the guests in the complex can use or by sea. You can also take a refreshing swim in the swimming pool, shared with the other guests of the complex.
While staying at Casa Pittara you can enjoy the sun, sea and beach and also take day trips to picturesque towns like Tropea, Pizzo and Scilla. Casa Pittara is perfect for couples and families with children.
