This is a cute cozy cabin on a lake. Communication was good with owners. Booked for a stay for my family for my daughter’s wedding. Now the bad things: They have closets BUT no place to hang anything up as there wasn’t any hooks in them just spare parts for the place which we had a wedding dress, tuxedos, and bridal dresses. You share a dock with other cabin which wasn’t stated to us so my daughter was scared by the neighbor guy that came in the dark to the dock she was sitting on working on her vows. The dock is in front of the cabin so strange people in your view, parking, dock and yard and NO SHADES for your privacy at night time so you are wide open to everyone around you. Very disappointing and disturbing. Dishes are washed by those before you in which a lot of them needed to be washed again before using them yourselves. The shower has mold and leaks in the corners so water was always on the floor and so is the mold. Floors left black on your white socks and feet as not clean. Found BLACK q-tips when trying to sweep the floor. YUCK!! The AC didn’t keep up for the place as the bedrooms had none so the doors need to stay open to get any AC to them. We bought fans to help. 8am we were woken up by an alarm going off that we thought was a fire but later found out it was the sewer so it was needing someone to come pump it out. We would not stay there again but due to the wedding being 6 miles from the wedding venue we thought it would be okay, NOPE. Hotel from now on.
