”Breakfast options were good. The room was pretty clean. Pool did not appear clean at all. Staff was pleasant but nowhere to be found for checkout, had to wait quite a while. Walls/floors are THIN, we apparently had a large group of elephants above us. Get a room on the top floor and have absolutely no questions/be okay with contactless checkout and you’re golden.”

”No batteries in tv remote, light fixtures missing and inoperable. A few of outside doors don’t have locks so anyone can come in. Very dated. Breakfast was a sleeve of eggs waffles and juice ”

”The room is a good size, if you have children. The front desk staff was amazing! However, no fan in th bathroom, you can see the paint feeling from this. And it has a musty smell. Absolutely no pans to cook with. 4 plates and 2 forks and spoons. If you want to cook. Make sure you bring your own stuff. ”

”The breakfast needs an upgrade, pool area needs work. One hot tub down along with some wall damage. Rooms need to be cleaned better (at least our room did) and the toilet in room 315 needs some serious help (clogged every other flush even if you were simply just flushing the toilet) Hotel I’m guessing knew about the issue as when we went to go to front desk and opened our door someone had put a plunger outside the door for us already. ”Breakfast was delicious and more than we expected room was clean. We enjoyed our stay definitely coming back in the future. ”

”The breakfast had a wide of variety which mean a white omelette, regular omelettes, sausage, turkey, and pork. They had multiple different types of cereals they had melt. They had yogurt they had cut up fruits. They had pancakes, waffles, multiple different things and options as well as multiple drink options the host in the dining room was so kind and gracious.”

”Good location. Just a short drive to outlets, restraunts and Mall of America isnt too far either. It's a quiet area and felt safe.”

”Rooms are not as described. Someone before us dumped something nasty down the sink and nobody cleaned it up. Dirty. ”

”This hotel feels neglected. First of all, the third floor reeked of marijuana. It wasn't just a touch, but a stench that was overwhelming and suffocating. In the room, the paint in the bathroom was peeling. On the floor, tiles were damaged and cracked. There were also multiple mystery stains on our walls too. I will not be staying here again. ”
