”The property was clean and centrally located. Kitchenette was a bonus but really needed a coffee pot of some kind. I was also surprised there was no blanket on the bed except a sheet and a sheet like cover…. I was provided a blanket at the front desk when I asked for one. Lastly, no hair dryer either. I don’t know if it’s because it’s an extended stay type hotel but it would have been nice to have as I feel it’s pretty standard in most hotels.”

”We called three hours ahead of check in to advise we would checking in late around 8:30pm; we gave them the time. We arrived just before the stated time and the gentleman at the desk told me one of his staff gave away our room. Needless to say, I was not very happy to hear this.
