”There is NO ELEVATOR so beware if booking a room upstairs. The did offer to help us carry suitcases up the stairs but we ended up doing it ourselves. Being an old lady, my suitcase almost tumbled down their beautiful staircase the morning we checked out. All else was great!”

”This is a great hotel to stay in when visiting Newport. Great location and service from all staff. The room was ready and cleaned daily. A shuttle takes hotel guests to and from hotel to Thames street where all shops and eateries are. We enjoyed our time here and will visit again next time.”
